Job Description
  • The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join its team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities
  • Coordinate with procurement units to obtain needed materials
  • Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels
  • Monitor and report on logistics operations and performance
Requirements:
  • Technical diploma in supply chain management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management
