Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of Computer Networking, TCP/IP, routing, switching, load balancers, firewalls, and web application firewalls. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams are essential.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.
  • Understand the customer's business needs and technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Communicate technical feedback from customers to internal teams to improve products and services.
