Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring the timely execution of self-importation tasks, planning and tracking shipments according to customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure timely execution of self-importation tasks
  • Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English to coordinate with US-based colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and import-export operations is a plus
  • QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
Benefits:

A laptop and phone will be provided to the selected candidate. The job timing is from 3 PM to 11 PM, five days a week, with occasional work on Saturdays.

What We Offer:

We seek a long-term commitment from our candidates. A competitive salary range of Rs: 50,000 to 90,000, depending on experience, will be offered to the suitable candidate.
