Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
Job Description:The Support Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks. This includes handling documentation, managing communication, and providing clerical and coordination support to multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration & Coordination:
- Manage office filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and forms
- Communication Management:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Draft internal and external correspondence when needed
- Route messages and documents accurately to the concerned departments
- Scheduling & Meetings:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and event coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Maintain office calendar and task deadlines
- Supply Chain & Logistics:
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
- Ensure the front desk or common areas remain organised and presentable
This is an entry-level full-time role based on-site in Islamabad. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
