  • Masters in Commerce, Economics and Finance with a minimum of 14 years of experience in Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects, as well as Oracle E-Business Suites R12 (all modules).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional expertise includes Oracle Applications (ERP) health checks, structural design, process alignment, process design, and process mapping, alongside the reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and conducting trainings.
  • Discovery, solution development, road map development, solution presentation, feasibility studies, analysis, designing, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Implementation of a full lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Understanding business processes and its mapping with Oracle e-business is essential. The ability to independently provide business solutions is necessary, along with effective business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry best practices.
  • A proven track record of Business Process automation & Best Practices.
  • An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • Innovate and continuously improvise pre-configuration solutions and methods.
  • Maintain and enhance pre-configured solutions to align with business needs.
  • Leading operations/projects to successfully deploy the solution.
  • Taking ownership of a particular solution offering.
  • Crafting winning and deliverable solutions.
  • Ensuring smooth business operations and solutions offer a winning value proposition.
  • Developing and executing a solution strategy and business plan that supports growth.
  • Providing expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software solutions.
  • Implementation of new modules, enhanced existing functionalities, and upgrades to new Oracle releases, including proper documentation.
  • Coordinating with end-user departments and other business users for day-to-day activities and amicable resolution of issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.
  • Coordination with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration teams.
  • Coordinating with Report development teams for customized reports.
  • Leading the development of formalized solution methodologies.
