
Customer Service Operations Leader

A key member of our team, responsible for the effective management and supervision of call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Be visible and available to answer questions and provide guidance to agents.
- Manage the team's operations, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
- Monitor queue and track inbound calls, keeping agents aware of key metrics.
- Meet with team members weekly to review past performance, discuss industry news, and disseminate new product information.
- Present commendations and awards to recognize outstanding performance.
- Communicate company information and provide a glimpse of future weeks.
- Perform regular monitoring evaluations with each agent.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time, and other relevant data.
- Ensure administrative bookkeeping is up-to-date.
- Create and maintain files on each agent as they relate to attendance, production, and reviews.
