This Team Lead Csr role is responsible for supporting, coaching, developing, and supervising a team of customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a team leader in a technical program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
