Job Description

As a senior customer service leader, you will oversee the Call Center and Delivery Riders team, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Home Delivery department. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets as per agreed plans.

You will handle inbound home delivery requests, customer queries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with the delivery team at stores to maintain maximum service levels and represent a positive brand image of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to handle stress effectively and possess good language skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to upsell through outbound calls to regular customers and create awareness about promotions and marketing campaigns is also required.
