Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience by addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

We offer flexible working hours, including morning and evening shifts, to accommodate different schedules. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for delivering excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in MS Office applications. Requirements:
  1. Candidate must have completed matric & intermediate.
  2. Graduated & Masters candidates with good experience will also be preferred.
  3. Candidates with 1 year experience in customer care services will be highly recommended.
  4. Candidate must know how to handle clients on call or through text messages.
  5. Candidate must have good teamwork ability to manage different tasks assigned by team leader or team head.
  6. Candidate must be proficient in linguistic skills, with English as the preferred language.
  7. Candidate must maintain a good attitude with co-workers.
  8. Candidate must have skills in MS Office, Excel, etc.
  9. Candidate must possess a good sense of humor to understand the market dynamics.
