  • Responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews to develop team members and improve overall store performance.
  • Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels to ensure optimal store operations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate with team members and management to solve issues and prove quality and service.
  • Work with team members to effectively implement positive change and improve store performance.
  • Ensure that team members follow cash handling procedures at all times.
  • Follow business procedures for handling voids and cash-handling mistakes.
  • Conduct end-of-shift reconciliation of cash and register records accurately.
