Assistant Manager - CSR and Communications

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our organization as Assistant Manager - CSR and Communications. This role is responsible for leading our company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal/external corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sustainability and social impact, along with excellent communication skills to strengthen and promote our organization's brand and reputation.

  • This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's CSR strategy, annual plans, and targets in alignment with business goals.
  • The ideal candidate will design, plan, and implement impactful sustainability and CSR programs.
  • Maintaining and updating the annual CSR calendar and overseeing smooth program execution is a key responsibility.
  • The candidate will monitor and assess CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the CSR Policy Manual and Sustainability into Action framework.
  • The role involves developing and managing the annual CSR budget with effective tracking and control.
  • Oversight and management of CSAP Foundation and Benevolent Fund operations are also part of this role.
  • The candidate will build and sustain strategic partnerships with non-profits, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in developing the company's Sustainability section of the Annual Report in coordination with departmental heads is an important task.
  • Tracking and reporting monthly CSR spending and initiative performance are essential responsibilities.
  • Promoting internal awareness and employee engagement in CSR programs through events, workshops, and campaigns is also part of this role.
  • Serving as the CSR spokesperson and representing the company at external forums and events is another key responsibility.
  • The role involves driving improvements in CSR policies and procedures by staying updated with global best practices.

Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
