Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

This role is responsible for spearheading the company's CSR initiatives, driving strategic engagement with communities and stakeholders to promote socially responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement CSR campaigns in collaboration with community groups, ensuring effective messaging and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Negotiate and oversee sponsorship deals with nonprofit organizations, fostering strong partnerships that drive positive impact.
  3. Evaluate investments to ensure they align with CSR objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams to champion CSR initiatives, driving organizational commitment to social responsibility.
  5. Craft CSR plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement goals, metrics, and reporting processes.
  6. Represent the organization on external boards and participate in CSR membership organizations, contributing to industry thought leadership and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with NGO experience or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in social and environmental responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of cross-functional project management and business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and peers, build business cases, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve CSR objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, adept at analyzing complex data and developing actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to create compelling content, engage stakeholders, and make persuasive presentations.
