Corporate Communication Leader

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's image and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the creation and dissemination of content across various channels, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives, to project a positive image of the organization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to media queries and news, as well as approve rebuttals and press releases.
  • Guide the team in collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate the organization's view effectively and accurately on relevant forums.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues that may impact the organization's image, proactively developing plans to mitigate risks.
  • Participate in press conferences and provide input on speeches and messages to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy.
  • Review and approve content for social media pages, ensuring a positive image of the organization is portrayed.
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities through innovative ideas and transform the corporate communication department into a profit center function.
  • Evaluate proposals for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, assessing feasibility and impact on the community.
  • Monitor progress of CSR activities and guide the team to modify strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure effective representation of the organization in external events and optimize advertisement/communication of messages.
Education & Experience Requirements:

An MBA (Marketing / Media Management) or Masters in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized institution with minimum 14 years of experience, including 4 years in a leadership role in media/corporate communication is required.
