We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to lead our product studio in launching MVPs for early-stage startups across various industries. This role combines hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking full ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle, from concept to launch
  • Leading end-to-end project management for software and product development projects
  • Driving deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Breaking down feature requests into user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps
  • Collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams to leverage AI and no-code/low-code platforms
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by working with engineering, QA, and business teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a software development agency or tech startup
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies, including AI and no-code platforms
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills
