Product Designer

We're building a fintech product to revolutionize SME lending in emerging markets.

This role is ideal for an experienced designer who can lead UX and UI design across mobile and web products, partner tightly with product, engineering, and operations teams, and conduct user research and usability validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate rough concepts and workflows into clean user journeys
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN SCALABLE DESIGN SYSTEMS IN FIGMA
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape features
  • Conduct lightweight user research and usability validation
Requirements:
  • Portfolio with relevant work, ideally shipped B2B or fintech products
  • Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
  • Ability to wireframe quickly and polish when needed
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping early-stage features
Bonus Skills:
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and real-world constraints
  • BONUS IF YOU KNOW HOW DESIGN DECISIONS IMPACT FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT (REACT)
