Job Overview

We are seeking a campus management system specialist to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our ERP / Campus Management System.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of academic operations, student lifecycle, and administrative functions including HR, payroll, finance, supply chain, and project management.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with academic and management offices to develop ERP requirement documents.
  • Ensuring data integrity, enforcing compliance with university policies, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

As a campus management system specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation team to ensure seamless integration of ERP modules across Student Lifecycle Management, HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other operational functions.
  • Developing and presenting progress reports, dashboards, and system status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation/management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with ERP solutions in higher education, such as Microsoft Dynamics (AX, D365) and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
