Role Description

We are seeking a business development professional to drive client acquisition and partnership growth across various platforms. This full-time remote position focuses on generating high-quality leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships for software development services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to spot trends, potential clients, and competitive opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for consistent lead generation and client outreach.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Track, measure, and report on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development (preferably in the IT/software industry).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and client research.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a software development company.
  • Understanding of web, mobile, and AI-powered solutions.
