Job Opportunity:
Harley Education seeks a seasoned Higher Education Partnership Manager to foster and manage relationships with institutions as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong partnerships with Higher Education Institutions, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements aligning with company objectives and maintain high compliance standards.
- Develop and strengthen B2B relationships in local and international markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are met and relay market insights.
- Regularly review and report on partnership performance, suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in the HEI sector, preferably in partnership, business development or relationship management roles.
- Strong background in maintaining international B2B relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of university courses, structures, and surrounding regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and partnership development skills.
- Strong understanding of current education market trends.
- Excellent communication and degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work independently.
