Computer Department Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our computer department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on computers, laptops, servers, accessories, components, and related products to maintain accurate product information.
  • Ensure the inventory of computing-related products is up-to-date and regularly updated.
  • Find local and international prices for computer/laptop related products and vendors.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers about product features and technicalities.
  • Quote prices for products customers wish to exchange under the HSN exchange facility.
  • Handle customer inquiries, price-beating policy requests, and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profit margins.
  • Introduce new products to the website as soon as they launch locally or internationally.
  • Respond to customer queries via various communication channels.
  • Update prices daily from local and international vendors.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed knowledge of computer hardware and its specifications.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise technical support.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac GUI and hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues.
  • Ability to assemble/disassemble computers, laptops, and servers.
  • Stay updated with the latest standards and trends in the Computer Department.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
  • Work efficiently, ethically, and productively.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Working hours: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
