Job Description

The Revenue Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and analysis within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our global revenue recognition policy and procedures.
  • Verify that all revenues booked adhere to established guidelines and are properly documented.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare revenue forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Analyze revenue data on a monthly basis, comparing results against previous years, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations and brokers to ensure smooth data entry processes.
  • Regularly reconcile financial data with the finance department.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate timely data capture and reporting.
  • Deliver high-quality reports as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
