Solar Energy Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Solar Energy Business Development Specialist to join our team in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and expand our market presence
Proposal Development:
  • Prepare high-quality solar system proposals that meet client needs and project requirements
  • Customize proposals based on client feedback and market trends
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Identify potential clients and market segments to pursue
Relationship Building:
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Network with industry stakeholders and attend relevant events to stay informed
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Two years experience in inside sales or customer experience teams, preferably in solar or tech industry working with B2B and B2C clients
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with solar energy products and services
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
  • Fluency in English
