Job Role

The hospital delivers primary to secondary healthcare services near patients' homes in several cities across the country.



We are dedicated to adopting appropriate standards for safeguarding and promoting a respectful relationship with our diverse workforce and stakeholders.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Handle financial transactions and charge services to patient bills
  • Assist patients/relatives/visitors as required
  • Notify supervisor of patient-related issues


Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with two to three years of experience mainly working at front office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge and its application
  • Flexibility to work in shift duties
