We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead and expand our sales operations in the custom packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, proven leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of packaging solutions. This role involves developing strategies to acquire new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the custom packaging sector.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on packaging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver customized packaging solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the packaging/custom boxes industry or related B2B manufacturing sectors.
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
