
Sales Operations Manager

This is a Multan based position. The successful candidate will oversee sales operations, meet targets, and manage distribution channels in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the Zone
- Monitor sales data and stay up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs
- Generate and compile market intelligence and maintain customer profiles
- Conduct sales promotions and build interactive relationships with Sub trade and their customers
- Track sales performance of distribution networks
- Produce management reports on time essentials
- Stay aware of competitive activities and develop counter strategies to retain business
- Maintain strong CRM skills to deliver value to customers
- Provide pricing information to management and make recommendations
- Perform under pressure
- Deliver results by interacting with diverse groups
- BUILD strong relationships with peers and customers
- E nsure smooth sales operations
- Coordinate with customers and line management
- Maintain a clear focus on end customers while serving through dealers (Sell through not to dealers)
- Implement promotions and use unique trade business-related marketing tools to ensure growth and share retention
- Track market arrivals of peers and report to management for decision-making
- Action continuously to develop dealer teams to serve the market better on our offerings
- E nsure dealers have capable and sufficient resources to maintain optimum end customer contact and create value
- Work efficiently with dealers using digitalisation to create interface with customers and Rafhan
- T ake actions to ensure dealers and partners follow high safety standards as laid out by Ingredion
- Organise safety trainings and awareness sessions with dealers
- On compliance and ethics matters, implement utmost Ingredion vision and values and adhere to Zero tolerance policy
- Develop and coach dealers and staff on safety and compliance continuously
- Integrate dealers under Rafhan Maize/Ingredion culture by creating opportunities for both sides to engage and implementing best practices within partners
- Explore new markets using established criteria to measure potential dealers' merit
- H ave knowledge and networking in the market to tap good potential partners
- Analyse data and information continuously to determine need for dealer addition
- Candidate must be based in Multan
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and Local language
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or MBA if non-technical background
- Detailed knowledge about B2B business and distribution systems
- Proficient in Computer, MS Office, and Reporting systems
- Sales experience essential; formal training and education in selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable and successful sales track record
- Can-do attitude to put extra efforts in achieving sales targets
- Basic knowledge of costing and financial analysis to drive pricing mechanism
