">Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. This role requires proven expertise in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, data analysis, workforce planning, HR systems management, compensation and benefits analysis, compliance and risk management, training and development, and organizational development.">

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to generate reports on employee turnover, recruitment, performance, and compensation trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and skill gaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Systems Management: Manage HR software and ensure data accuracy, implementing best practices to optimize system performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Assess pay structures, benefits, and market competitiveness, recommending adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company policies, mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and measuring HR metrics, HR KPIs, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong command of data analytics tools like Excel, BI.
  • Knowledge and experience in HR Systems Management, HR Process Optimization, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, and OD.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support leadership in HR strategy execution.
  • Global Recruitment & selection experience preferred, especially in the USA Market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion skills.
  • Problem-solving and result-oriented skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is compulsory.
