About the Role:
As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Solutions Specialists across multiple segments and support channels. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient response times.
  • Monitor team efficiency using KPIs and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Assess individual performance, providing coaching and development support as needed.
  • Roll out new processes to the team, ensuring consistent adoption and compliance.
  • Escalate customer issues promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.

Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role with 4+ direct reports. You should also have strong comprehension of customer satisfaction KPIs and the ability to create and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
