Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical models to evaluate marketing contributions and advising on marketing strategies.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather measurement requirements and identify opportunities for advanced data analysis to optimize performance and support data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct exploratory data analyses and investigations to solve problems, utilizing machine learning techniques.
  • Present findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex analysis to tell a compelling story.
  • Work with IT and Reporting teams to develop relevant data sources.
  • Operationalize and maintain statistical models within BI dashboards, ensuring performance and adoption across regions.
  • Promote best practices, provide training, and support interpretation of insights across the marketing organization.
  • Align insights and models with strategic objectives and prioritize projects accordingly.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for marketing evaluation projects when relevant.

Collaborative Relationships

  • Work with Marketing Operations, media, web, IT, and Marketing teams.
  • Support marketing performance optimization across various channels including PPC, display, social media, SEO, and affiliates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments within regions as necessary.

Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of brand campaigns, tactical campaigns, and online trends.
  • Strong news judgment and trend analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Experience with reporting tools.

Requirements
