The Ilyas Group of Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Gujranwala, Pakistan.
ResponsibilitiesCreate Regional Sales Plans: Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate Store Performance: Conduct regular assessments of store and individual performances, providing recommendations for improvement.
Report on Zonal Sales Results: Provide timely and accurate updates on Zonal sales performance.
Forecast Quarterly Profits: Prepare and review quarterly and annual profit forecasts.
Identify Staffing Needs: Assess staffing requirements and select suitable candidates for training and development.
Manage Budgets: Establish and manage budgets for the area of responsibility.
Market Analysis: Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, recommending solutions to management.
Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning for expansion or acquisition decisions.
Sales Innovation: Recommend innovative sales techniques and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Zonal Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
