About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee lubricant filling operations. As a Junior Management Position - Lubricants Filling role, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring filling plans to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective filling strategies to ensure timely production of high-quality lubricants.
  • Supervise all filling activities at the plant, ensuring adherence to weekly/monthly production plans and maintaining optimal efficiency.
  • Manage raw material receipts and inventory, coordinating with suppliers to meet filling needs and minimize delays.
  • Coordinate plastic can, carton, and label requirements from suppliers, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and smooth filling operations.
  • Monitor and address daily activities, including filling plan preparation, product loss/gain management, and finished products inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Plant Incharge, Can Filling, and logistics sections to execute production and dispatch requirements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Handle rejected packages and ensure their proper disposal and recording in SAP, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Liaise with Maintenance and Repair section to ensure equipment is in operational condition, minimizing downtime and optimizing production.
  • Implement and maintain ISO, HSE, and QMS standards to ensure safe and smooth filling operations, guaranteeing compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical knowledge.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization, showcasing leadership skills and expertise.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills, enabling effective communication and teamwork.
  • Effective communication and management skills, facilitating collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to operate MS Office and SAP/ERP software, utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Experience in the lubricant industry is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific challenges and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
  • Age not exceeding 33 years as of the last date of application submission, aligning with the company's talent development goals.
  • Must have the ability to handle subordinates, contractors, and drivers, exhibiting strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
