**The Role:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Commercefox-hightrix. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer relationships to meet sales targets
- Identify potential sales opportunities and conduct product presentations
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products
- Participate in training sessions and support sales management efforts
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in Training and developing sales techniques
- Proficiency in Sales Management practices
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
