As a Business Transformation Manager at WBD, you'll play a key role in driving process innovation and transformation across our organization.

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. You'll be responsible for identifying and delivering service improvement activities within our Global Business Services (GBS) department. This will involve leveraging process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking to drive business value.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a global/regional Transformation partner to dedicated processes (e.g. PTP, FP&A, P&C) and providing ongoing support in the area of Transformation, Project and Change Management.
  • Promoting and being an ambassador of a continuous improvement mindset to support an ongoing program of change across the entire GBS.
  • Leading strategic initiatives within the GBS on the journey to World Class processes with global span of control.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a similar role, including continuous improvement, transition and project management, business/financial analysis.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience & successful track record directly managing strategic projects & programs (incl. transitions) of high complexity, significant ROI, scale and international exposure.
