Job Title: Industrial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Industrial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of industrial machines, ensuring that all machinery and equipment is functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing industrial machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inspecting machinery daily for malfunctions and problems, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Supervising a team of mechanics and co-workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • At least 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a position of progressive responsibility leading to a managerial role within a manufacturing company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Working Conditions:

The Industrial Operations Manager will work closely with our production team to ensure that all machinery and equipment is functioning properly. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making recommendations for upgrades or repairs.

The Industrial Operations Manager will also be responsible for supervising a team of mechanics and co-workers, providing guidance and support as needed. This includes conducting performance reviews, setting goals and objectives, and developing training plans to help employees improve their skills.
