Industrial HR Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial HR Manager to support our production, supply chain, and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of industrial HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust with diverse workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with operational priorities to improve productivity, efficiency, and workforce morale. This includes acting as primary HR advisor to HODs and line managers of Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing input on workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structuring.
  • Supporting change management initiatives and cultural transformation at the shop-floor level.
  • Managing labor relations including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and contract renewals.

Additionally, the Industrial HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding for staff and labor roles, including coordination with contractors. They will also drive performance improvement plans and support coaching of supervisors and foremen.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with both blue-collar (labor) and white-collar (staff) workforce.
