Travel Industry Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Management Specialist to oversee the Sales & Operations teams, ensuring seamless daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle complex itineraries, group bookings, and urgent travel requests.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare contracts and special deals.
- Monitor performance and quality assurance of booking processes.
- Resolve escalated issues related to flight changes, cancellations, or reissuances.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Train new staff and conduct refresher training for existing team members.
- Analyze sales data and productivity metrics for management reporting.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Hands-on expertise with GDS systems.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic airline booking rules.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an asset.
