We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the implementation and management of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

Job Description
  • Assist in developing and reviewing ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
  • Support business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises to identify and mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Help document business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure seamless operations during unforeseen events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to test and simulate business continuity readiness, ensuring the organization's ability to respond effectively.
  • Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports to maintain organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity Management Systems in accordance with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Conduct business impact analysis and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Document business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure effective response to disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to test and simulate business continuity readiness.
  • Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years' experience in BCMS or IT governance-related roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
