Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301 standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business impact analysis, continuity planning, crisis management, and organizational resilience strategies.

  1. Design and Implementation: Develop BCMS frameworks that align with ISO 22301 standards, ensuring effective risk management and continuity capabilities across business and IT operations.
  2. Business Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of critical business functions and dependencies to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  3. Continuity Planning: Create comprehensive business continuity plans, disaster recovery strategies, and response procedures to mitigate the effects of disruptions.
  4. Risk Assessments and Mitigation: Identify and prioritize risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement controls to minimize the likelihood and impact of disruptions.
  5. Certification and Compliance: Support organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  6. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to clients on BCMS best practices, promoting a culture of resilience and continuity.
  7. Tool Selection and Implementation: Assist in selecting and implementing BCMS tools, such as ServiceNow, Riskonnect, and RecoveryPlanner.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification is required.
  • CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) certification is preferred.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  • Practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST, NCA, SAMA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
