  • Lead a dynamic team of AI engineers in designing, developing, and deploying advanced NLP models and AI-driven features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into robust AI solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in AI, machine learning, and software development within the team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in NLP and knowledge discovery algorithms and frameworks.
  • Strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and familiar with AI/ML development tools and libraries.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
