Business Development Executive Job Opportunity

A seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering results is required to drive our company's relationship with significant strategic existing and potential customers in the Karachi Division, Pakistan.

This role combines elements of new business development, customer services, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients operating in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships with key clients in Pakistan.
  • Act as a solution expert to clients for their line of business, developing customized solutions based on their needs and requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners in Pakistan.
  • Address and resolve key clients' complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Serve as the single point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving maximum sales potential and targets with specific key accounts in the cyber security sector. They will also have experience selling to customers with achieved sales targets of $2-$5 million and above in the last 3 years.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong technical awareness of assigned portfolio (Cyber Security Solutions & Services) and general knowledge of other service offerings within client.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong command of English written and spoken.
