- Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence, with professionalism and discretion.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, updating task lists, and liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research on various topics as needed and compile findings into concise reports or summaries.
- Supportive Role: Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as requested, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and support various needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in an administrative support role, preferably in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
