We're seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Counsellor. As a key member of our international education team, you'll play a vital role in guiding students in selecting the right programmes and assisting them throughout their academic journey.

In this role, you'll have the chance to work closely with students, parents, and partner universities to provide expert guidance and support. You'll be responsible for:

  • Counselling sessions: Conduct informative and supportive counselling sessions to help students make informed decisions about their educational paths.
  • Programme selection: Guide students through the process of selecting the most suitable programmes that align with their interests, goals, and abilities.
  • Admissions support: Assist students with the admissions process, ensuring they meet all the necessary requirements and deadlines.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and partner universities to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex information to students, parents, and partner universities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

  • Organisational skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
