Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our product development process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with technical/content partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new partnerships with technical/content vendors to enhance our services.
  • Oversee the complete management of designated VAS products, ensuring timely launches and maximum revenue.
  • Manage account relationships and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Enhance product features and manage churn to maximize usability and revenue.
  • Monitor service performance, generate reports, and proactively address issues as needed.
  • Develop project plans for new product launches, including timelines, service flows, concept papers, and presentations.
  • Ensure all products undergo thorough testing before release.
Requirements:
  • A highly confident individual with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • A Master's degree holder (BS Hons degree holders may also apply).
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong proactive approach and fast decision-making capabilities.
