Product Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Product Visionary to provide strategic direction to stakeholders and the scrum team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:
    • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements.
    • Document gathered requirements.
    • Develop product goals, roadmap, and release plans with stakeholders.
  • Backlog Management:
    • Responsible for the backlog that the development team pulls from.
    • E nsure the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all Scrum team members.
    • Enter requirements into a tracking system.
  • Prioritization:
    • Responsible for backlog grooming, setting priority, and order of items.
    • Prioritize and own the product backlog using agile themes.
  • Acceptance Criteria - User Stories:
    • Write acceptance criteria based on requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Accountable for product KPIs and reporting on development progress to stakeholders.
    • Understand business priorities, new feature requests, enhancements, and drive outcomes with customer-first solutions.
    • Provide product training, perform user testing, and knowledge transfer to customers for viable application use.
    • Track project milestones, conflicting timelines, and deliverables for collaborating roadmaps to achieve business outcomes and maintain relationships with diverse groups of customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Review and Planning:
    • Ensure attention to detail in task and project reviews.
    • Participate in sprint review meetings and planning.
    • Send meeting minutes to all stakeholders and concerned employees.
    • Complete requirements: Review and ensure client expectations are met through internal UATs of stories.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable commuting to office location.

Essential Skills:

  • Certified Product Owner.
  • Willing to work and lead independently.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • A plus if you have experience in SAAS.
  • Solid experience in Scrum backlog, release, and stakeholders management.
