We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing professional to take on the role of Head Nurse, leading a team of staff Nurses and Paramedical Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing administrative work, including staffing, roasters, and quality care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and carrying out administrative tasks, ensuring effective management of staff Nurses and Paramedical Staff.
- Nursing Care Coordination: They will coordinate with different departments and Consultant to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Staff Management: The candidate will arrange staffing schedules, check special assignments, and observe dress code and overall nursing issues.
Additional Responsibilities include maintaining Unit Par levels, arranging clinical rounds, and monitoring patient attendance.
