A commercial experience executive plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day activities of an experience center. Their primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
The commercial experience executive is responsible for welcoming and guiding walk-in customers, developing their understanding of CRM systems, and handling customer queries effectively. They must maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Additional responsibilities include product upselling, customer retention, and churn management. The commercial experience executive must also remain updated on current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by the organization.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management and effective communication abilities. A good sales and services expertise, hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, and telecom product knowledge are also essential.
