Job Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will lead a high-performing team with a clear vision and passionate drive.

  • Empower team members to manage themselves and work collaboratively across functions.
Responsibilities

Coach your team in Agile methodologies and help them focus on delivering high-value increments.

  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering the team's progress.
  • Ensure all Scrum events are productive and time-boxed.
  • Assist the Project Manager in defining Product Goals and managing the Product Backlog.
  • Help the team understand the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items.
  • Support the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning.
  • Guide the organization in adopting Scrum practices.
  • Advise on tailoring Scrum methodologies to meet project needs.
  • Help employees and stakeholders understand and implement an Agile approach for complex work.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably a Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints.
  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
