Senior Agile Coach

Description

This role requires a highly skilled leader to spearhead high-performing teams as a Senior Agile Coach.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities to instill vision and passion in team members, driving the implementation of products and setting standards for teams.

To be successful, the Senior Agile Coach must develop and coach self-managing teams on cross-functionality, help the Agile Team focus on creating high-value increments, remove impediments to progress, and ensure smooth execution of Agile events within timeboxes.

Collaboration with Project Managers is crucial to define effective Product Goals and Backlog management strategies. The Senior Agile Coach must enable the Agile Team to understand clear and concise Product Backlog items and assist the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for complex environments.

In addition, the Senior Agile Coach will lead and train organizations in Agile adoption, implementing tailored processes according to project needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Prior certification as an Agile Coach (CSM, CMC, or PMI-ACP) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 2 years of leading sprints.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced collaborative environments.
  • Expertise in implementing Agile.
