Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Risk Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for leading our information security efforts and ensuring the protection of our systems and data.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Information Security Efforts: Provide vision and direction on information security, developing and implementing a robust security strategy that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Key Information Security Functions: Oversee information security operations, including incident response and crisis management, and develop and implement security technologies.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Analyze and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with senior management and board members.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver information security awareness trainings to our staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Masters in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Relevant industry-related Information Security certifications like CISM, CISSP, etc..
  • Good knowledge of information security best practices/international standards and local banking regulations/practices.
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in the Financial Services Sector with preferably 8 years in the Banking sector in the field of Information Security Management..
