Job Title: Customer Service Representative Role
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our remote support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and employees. This involves managing schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered, updating vacation requests, call-offs, and client-requested changes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client and Employee Support: Act as the primary contact for clients and employees, delivering superior customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance.
- Schedule Management: Assign clients to appropriate employees and efficiently manage schedules to ensure seamless coverage.
- On-Call and Backup Staff: Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff to secure last-minute coverage and minimize disruptions.
- Communication: Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees clearly and promptly, and inform managers and clients of any schedule or staffing adjustments.
- Staffing and Client Satisfaction: Ensure all scheduled shifts are adequately staffed and completed, maintaining high client satisfaction through efficient scheduling and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability: Available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Presentation: Pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
