
Lead Conversion Specialist

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Mastery of the ability to evangelize our story
- Aligning our solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
- Collaborating with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Making strategic outbound calls and emails daily
- Acquiring key prospect data from initial conversations, web sources, and other resources, and ensuring clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
- Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluent English language skills
- 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred
- Two years B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
- Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business
