About the Role

Deliver lasting impact through effective implementation as a professional working in the public sector. Our team helps governments deliver results by leveraging our delivery tools and methodology. We are looking for someone to support our teams in Pakistan, bringing a sharp analytical problem-solving skill set to support clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, trajectories, and action plans for government agencies and ministries.
  • Monitor plan implementation, establishing routines and accountability mechanisms.
  • Support problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement within projects.
  • Engage in data collection, analysis, and visualization to support senior leaders' decision-making.
  • Build delivery capacity of national and subnational government leaders.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working within top consulting firms, governments, and/or international organizations.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts.
  • Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results.
